Room Rentals at M&M
Merrimac & Main is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, offering free and low-cost programming to the Dodgeville area in support of our mission to be a place where everyone can connect, create, learn, grow, heal, & inspire together. We keep our costs as low as possible, but we do have expenses - rent/utility/cleaning fees for building usage, very part-time staff, publicity, supplies, etc.
Room Rentals help us cover these costs and be more financially sustainable than simply relying on grants and donations. Every time you rent a room at Merrimac & Main, you help out our programs, such as The Rec Room for seniors, the after school program for grades 5-8, the Recovery Meeting, Spanish Conversation, lecture series, and much more.
As part of our mission, we keep some of our room rental costs low. We really do want you to use the space to gather!
Our most popular room rental, The Fellowship Hall, is a large flexible space with natural light. For a Basic rental, it is $50 for 1-2 hours, $100 for 3-5 hours, or $150 for 6+ hours. For a Deluxe rental, it is $120 for 1-2 hours, $180 for 3-5 hours, or $240 for 6+ hours.

The Sanctuary
DESCRIPTION
Capacity of at least 200 in rows of cushioned pews. Large stained glass windows. Wood floors. Arched ceilings with stained glass centerpiece. Grand piano. Organ. Microphones. Large television.
Rates
Basic
A simple, clean, bright room for you to use as you’d like. Sometimes you just need a basic space and none of the frills. We provide tables and chairs, you cover the rest. It's possible that someone else will be in the space next door!
Deluxe
The works! Rather than charging you for every little thing, we've bundled it all into the Deluxe package. If you're using the Fellowship Hall, feel free to use the fridge in the kitchen to store your food, or grab some games out of the game cupboard. You get access to all our technology - a projector and mobile screen, microphone, large TVs with adaptors and a laptop. We'll make sure nobody else is using the room next to you, so you have more privacy.

Stop by for a tour.
Leave your deposit & get a key card. If you're further away, you can mail a check to 115 W. Merrimac Street, Dodgeville WI 53533, or use Paypal to secure your rental.

Have your event!

Drop off your key card & get back your deposit.
You'll get your full deposit back as long as you clean up after yourselves! Otherwise the deposit will be used towards hiring someone to do clean-up.
